HOW TO BOOK TAJ MAHAL ONLINE TICKET?

As per Covid 19 protocol, ASI has started selling online tickets for the Taj Mahal and other monuments for Agra sightseeing tour, through its official website. Please follow the steps in sequence as mentioned below while booking Taj Mahal online ticket.

• Log on to ASI portal www.asiagracircle.in
• Select the monument you want to see and proceed next.
• Now give detail of your ID with its number. Also, mention accurately your email to receive a soft copy of the monument ticket.
• You can pay the ticket fee by bank transfer, UPI, PAYTM etc. Once the payment is processed, you will receive an online ticket via email.

ATTENTION :

1. Tourists must carry their valid identity proof which confirms their nationality.
2. A visitor must buy an additional ticket of INR 200 at Taj Mahal for visiting the main mausoleum where the cenotaphs of Shah Jahan and Mumtaz Mahal were constructed.
3. Foreigner tickets to the Taj Mahal include a free water bottle, shoe cover and battery car ride from the parking of the Taj Mahal.

• Children Indian or foreigner below the age of 15 are entitled for free entry inside any monument in Agra governed by ASI.
• You are advised to book Zero online ticket for children below the age of 15.

You can book your Taj Mahal ticket online through portal of ASI however ticket window at Taj Mahal is opened 45 minutes before dawn and closed 45 minutes before sunset.

Taj Mahal is free on every Friday for local Muslim inhabitants for offering Namaz at certain specified time. It is free every year on occasion of Shah Jahan’s Urs. The Taj Mahal also allow free entry for domestic as well as international visitor on occasion of the World tourism day and the International Yoga day.
